Is your child unable to make it to their swimming lesson? As a member you are entitled to six free make up lessons per year for missed lessons. Complete the form below to inform us of your child's absence, we will be in touch to arrange a make-up lesson.
By filling out the make up lesson form you agree you understand and accept the Horsham Aquatic Centre Terms and Conditions. The form must be filled out by the responsible person of the student.
Make-Up Lessons Terms and Conditions
- Lesson MUST be cancelled at least 2 hours before the lesson.
- Six make-up lessons per calendar year per student PLUS one per public holidays.
- Make-up lesson can only be booked a maximum of seven days in advance.
- Not transferable. Make-up lessons not used expire at the end of each calendar year.
- This request is to cancel attendance for ONE LESSON ONLY and does not act as an ongoing cancellation of my membership.
