Looking for a place to hold your child's next birthday party?
We offer birthday parties in and around our indoor swimming pool for children of all ages. We’ll take care of the entertainment and catering so you can enjoy the special event too.
Party packages can include:
- Discounted aquatic play
- Party room hire
- Catering or bring your own food (see our party menu below)
- Use of our inflatables
Beyond birthdays, our parties are also great team building activities for school groups, sports teams and social clubs.
Session times
- Saturdays: Between 12:00pm and 3:00pm
- Sundays: Between 12:00pm and 3:00pm
- Weekdays on negation with centre
Party menu
All parties include cordial and / or water.
Choose from:
- Nuggets
- Chips
- Fairy bread
- Fruit platter
- Pies / sausage rolls
- Jelly cups
You are also welcome to bring your own food.

A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for bookings.
During winter, birthday parties are only available in the indoor pools.

Party room hire $48.00 per hour Inflatables with slides, bridges and tunnels $350.00 (includes 1.5 hours use, lane hire, lifeguards and room hire)

By payment of the birthday party deposit the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
Party Policies
- An unsupervised child of poor swimming ability regardless of age will be removed from the water by staff if the staff member is concerned for the safety of that child.
- Party areas are assigned depending on availability. Requested party areas cannot be guaranteed.
- We would appreciate, for timing purposes that children arrive dressed and ready for the water 10 minutes before the stated party time.
Medical Conditions
- Please advise your party host of any medical conditions for the safety of the guests and staff.
- The entire Centre is a smoke free zone.
Food Information
- No changes to catering will be permitted after 3pm on Thursday prior to your party.
- Metal utensils, glassware, crockery and alcohol are not permitted in the Centre.
- We are a Nut Friendly Zone – we cannot guarantee a Nut Free Zone.
- No dietary requirements can be changed on the day.
Water Based Activities
- Pool rules are to be observed at all times. If the children do not obey the pool rules they may be asked to sit out.
Legal Obligations
- The Horsham Aquatic Centre will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of personal property or gifts left in the facility prior, during or after the party. The parent/guardian of the birthday child and other guests attending the party will be responsible for any damage to or sustained to the Horsham Aquatic Centre by the client, or invitees, other than damage cause by the management or staff. The Horsham Aquatic Centre will not accept responsibility for any injuries sustained to any person as a result of equipment installed or utilised within the venue by the client or parties acting on behalf of the client.
Camera and Video Policy
- It is illegal to broadcast or publish images without consent.
- Photos and videos can be taken only with permission of facility staff.
- Under NO circumstances are cameras to be used in changing room areas.
- You must have consent from all relevant individuals.
