Realistic goal-setting can be a challenge, that’s why we’re offering you a Personal Success Plan.
Our Personal Success Plans are designed to help you create and achieve your fitness goals in eight weeks by working one on one with a qualified trainer, who will provide you the skills to form healthy exercise and nutritional habits to achieve and maintain your future fitness goals.
Our Personal Success Plan consists of three appointments over eight weeks where your trainer will gain an understanding of your goals, develop a personalised plan, demonstrate safe exercise techniques and keep you motivated throughout the eight week period to ensure results.
Your trainer will help you define your goals by taking baseline measurements to develop a plan specific to you. They then guide you through your personalised plan, demonstrating the technique and benefits of each exercise.
This session is designed to keep you on track. Your personal trainer will help you consolidate your program and technique, so that you feel confident and motivated.
The Personal Success Plan is available for all members and is customisable for all experience levels – whether you are new to the gym or have been training for years. By refreshing your plan every eight weeks, you are given incremental challenges to support continued results.
